Order Cancellation
After payment has been proceeded and we're successfully received Your payment. You cannot request any order cancellation.
In case you wish to return the products purchased:
Your right to cancel an Order only applies to Products that are returned in the same condition as You received them. You should also include all of the products instructions, documents and wrappings. Goods that are damaged or not in the same condition as You received them or which are worn simply beyond opening the original packaging will not be refunded. You should therefore take reasonable care of the purchased Goods while they are in Your possession.
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
You will not have any right to cancel an Order for the supply of any of the following Products:

The supply of Products made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

The supply of Products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

The supply of Products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

Price Policy
Ultimate Bangkok by RMR TECHNOLOGY Co., Ltd. reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an Order.
The prices quoted may be revised by us subsequent to accepting an Order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs and any other matter beyond the control of the Company. In that event, You will have the right to cancel Your Order.
Payments
All Products purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards or online payment methods (PayPal, for example).
Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.
Delivery

We will deliver Your Order. when we have verified the proof of payment that the transfer amount is correct (Refer to the outstanding balance in the purchase order) only

Customers who have made an order and inform the payment before 10:00 AM. Delivery will be done on the same day.

Customers who have made an order and inform the payment after 10:00 AM. Delivery will be done the next day.

We refrain from shipping on Saturdays and Sundays. and holidays according to the traditions of the company.
Delivery Method
We choose private transport service provider. Please check the tracking number we send to your E-mail by filling in the Tracking Code number to check the status. Delivery of goods to the carrier's website is subject to the conditions of that carrier.
If there is an error in the delivery caused by the company's fault, We will deliver the product to you again without shipping costs. Divided into the following cases:

The case that we are responsible for the shipping cost if the customer wishes to have a new shipment of products or documents
- The delivery company does not suitable for the customer's order.
- Documents that the company invalid as agreed -
The case that the customer is responsible for shipping costs if you wish to have a new shipment of products or documents
- The customer gave the wrong delivery address. And the product is returned because the customer refused to receive the product.
- The customer lost the receipt. And would like to request a new copy of the receipt.
- The customer wants to change information in the tax invoice. The customer must send back the previous tax invoice to the company first. We will then send you a new one.
Refund
We will refund the product cost to the customer if the company cannot deliver the products as ordered. We will refund according to the exact amount the customer has paid.
Refund period There are details as follows:

In case of Cash, QR Code and Internet banking payment, we will refund the money to your account within 14 working days.

In the case of paying via credit card, The credit line will be refunded within 1-2 billing cycles (depending on the conditions of the card issuing bank).

Pay via debit card. The credit line will be refunded within three billing cycles (depending on the conditions of the card issuing bank).

Truemoney wallet: Through the website will receive a refund into Truemoney wallet within 14 working days.

Payment via Rabbit LINE Pay will be refunded within 1-2 billing cycles (depending on the conditions of the card issuing bank).
